Coming up we have a middleweight kickboxing rules bout between DBrickashaw Stevens (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Cory McDonnell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying McDonnell's choice of entrance music: Jorge Quintero - 300 Violin Orchestra. Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Stevens looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
DBrickashaw Stevens seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Stevens on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
McDonnell slips under a jab.
Stevens throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
McDonnell is loading up here, looking for a big counter of his own.

Stevens throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck McDonnell on the side of the head.

That was a close second round but I would say that DBrickashaw Stevens will probably get the nod.

McDonnell breaks the clinch momentarily and cracks Stevens with a big right hook that drops him to the canvas! Stevens looks like he might be in big trouble here! The referee has started the count straight away and we're up to 5 already. Stevens get to one knee - can he make it back to his feet? No, he's flopped back to the mat - he's out - this one is all over!
