Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Sparring Fighter 1 (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bobby Tupper (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Fighter 1 might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Lou Reed - The day John Kennedy Died. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

9 - 17 - 0, fighting out of New York, Bobby Tupper! The judges for this bout are Eddie Farnsworth, Lou da Vinci and Steve Montenegro.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Tupper gets in close and instigates a clinch. Fighter 1 throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Tuppers head. Nice body punch from Tupper - that landed with a thud.
Tupper is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage. With the fighters up against the cage, Fighter 1 throws an elbow but misses. Fighter 1 throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Tuppers head. Fighter 1 slows down the pace here.
Fighter 1 tries to work over Tupper's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target. Tupper's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Tupper lands a two punch combo.
The fight moves into the clinch position. Fighter 1 has Tupper pushed against the cage. Tupper lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Fighter 1 backwards. Tupper will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Jab, jab by Tupper - just one landing. Fighter 1 tries to close the distance and clinch up but Tupper swats him away and circles back towards the center. A punch combination from Tupper misses. Tupper fails to land with a series of punches.
As Tupper looks to move away, Fighter 1 throws a big counter combo but Tupper just gets out of the way. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Tupper gets tackled into the cage by Fighter 1. Fighter 1 maintains the clinch. Tupper pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Fighter 1 lands with a nice combination. Tupper backs away looking to recover. Fighter 1 shoots in for a takedown but Tupper shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Tupper tries a quick counter leg kick but Fighter 1 is wise to it. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Sparring Fighter 1. That's going to take a lot out of him. Tupper instigates a clinch. Fighter 1 throws a nice elbow but it doesn't land.

It's hard to tell if that hurt Tupper or not.
And that's the end of the fight! I would just about give that final round to Bobby Tupper. I think Tupper has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
