The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jacobs throws a series of punches but Hancock moves out of range.
Jacobs sends Hancock crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Jacobs is motioning to the referee to let Hancock up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
It looks like Nathaniel Hancock has been cut.
Jacobs scores with a shot to the body.
Jacobs looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Hancock takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Jacobs digs a good body shot into Hancock's ribs.
Hancock throws a body punch but Jacobs moves out of range.
Hancock tries to clinch but fails miserably

Daniel Jacobs seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Hancock is breathing heavily.
Hancock backs away from a small jab... but Jacobs lunges forward with a huge superman punch! Hancock crumples to the ground as his mouth piece is sent flying! Jacobs with a spectacular finish!

After the fight, Daniel Jacobs was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
