Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Daniel Brown (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Marcin Sokol (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sokol has chosen DMX - X gon' give it to Ya as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
21 - 12 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Daniel Brown!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
21 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Marcin Sokol!
The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sokol throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Brown sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Sokol takes a body punch but keeps moving.
No joy there for Brown, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Brown tests Sokol's chin there with a solid looking shot.
A swing and a miss from Sokol.
Sokol lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Brown thumps Sokol with a low kick.
Brown misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Sokol swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Brown looks to land a combination but Sokol avoids it well.
Sokol misses with a straight left.
Brown swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Sokol counters with a body kick.
Sokol checks a low kick from Brown.
A little jabbing left from Sokol on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Sokol moves out of range as Brown throws a body kick.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Brown throws a lazy right hand but Sokol sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Brown pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Sokol lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Brown shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
letting Sokol counter with a right hand.
Brown is rocked!
It looks like Daniel Brown has been cut.
Brown avoids the body shot from Sokol.
Sokol tries to score with a low kick but Brown moves his leg out of the way.
Brown takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Oh Brown is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Marcin Sokol is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Sokol seems to be stalking Brown here. He circles momentarily and then unleashes a devastating head kick! Brown drops like a stone, out cold! WOW! Are you kidding me!? What a knockout!
