Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Cameron Poe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Max Kaz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Poe's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, How it is done. Max Kaz told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
21 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Cameron Poe!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Paul Gruel, Micheangelo Fripello and Ryoma Takatsuka.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Poe throws a low kick but it's checked well by Kaz.
Kaz chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Kaz throws a lazy right hand but Poe sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Kaz takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
Kaz throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Poe on the side of the head.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Poe lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Kaz has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Kaz and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
