Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Brock Lesnar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Junior Matielli (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Lesnar had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Matielli is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Lesnar Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Matielli's back instead.
Lesnar has got his arm under Matielli's chin working for the choke… has he got it? It looks pretty tight! Oh! Matielli has spun round into Lesnar's guard beautifully! Well done that man!

Lesnar has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Matielli can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Junior Matielli showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Lesnar drops back for a leg here. A bit of a high risk move... He's looking for a kneebar by the looks of things. Now both of them are looking for submissions. Lesnar seems to have locked his on tight now - Matielli screams in pain and taps out furiously! It certainly was a high risk move but it's paid off for Lesnar, as he picks up the win!
