Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Murray Estes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tommy Deluchi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tommy Deluchi looks lathargic as he enters the arena. Wake up son, you're about to have a fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Murray Estes!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Tommy Deluchi!
The judges for this bout are Donald Grub, James Glass and James Atkins.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Deluchi throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Estes's waist but Estes gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Deluchi off to one side.
Deluchi throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Estes on the side of the head.
Deluchi shoots in for a takedown but Estes shows good takedown defense.
Estes tries to counter by clinching up but Deluchi breaks away and moves out of range.

Deluchi tries to sprawl but Estes drives through with a takedown into half guard.
The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Estes lands a nice short elbow.
Deluchi is trying to control but can't.

Estes is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Estes has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Estes is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Deluchi is just riding it out for now. Estes eventually gives up the hold.

Estes really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

We've been informed that Deluchi has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.

Deluchi jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Estes walks away with a smile on his face. Deluchi gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

Deluchi throws a leg kick but Estes sees it coming and moves out of range.
Estes seemed to be looking to counter by closing the distance.
Deluchi shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Estes is looking to counter the offense by Deluchi and move into the clinch.

Deluchi tries for a takedown but Estes manages to get underhooks.

The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Estes's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

Deluchi throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

Estes changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Deluchi looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Estes has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.

Deluchi throws a lazy head kick

and Estes counters with a shoot takedown. Deluchi fights it but they end up in guard.
Estes slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.

Estes stands up from guard. Let's bang!
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Estes closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Deluchi quickly recovers to half guard.

Estes wants to stand up but Deluchi has a hold of him and won't allow it.

Estes escapes and gets back to his feet.

Estes moves into range and clinches up with Deluchi.

Estes tries to break free but Deluchi pushes him back against the cage.

Deluchi pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

Estes lands with a light punch inside.

Estes breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Deluchi shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Estes defends it nicely.
Estes drops down looking for a counter takedown but Deluchi sprawls and moves away.

Estes darts in and clinches Deluchi up against the cage.
The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Estes takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.
Estes is trying to break the clinch but Deluchi has him pressed against the cage.

Deluchi turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Deluchi manages to end up in side control.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Estes holding on.
Estes is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Deluchi off and has taken his back!
This has been an exciting period of action!

Estes sinks in the hooks and is looking for the choke. He's got it! Deluchi taps out!
