Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

14 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Buck Futter!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
9 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Artur Grunwaldzki!
The judges for this bout are Elvis Blanc, Steve Smith and Robert Douchet.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Futter fails with the takedown.
Futter changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Grunwaldzki tries to avoid it but Futter manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Grunwaldzki to the ground. Grunwaldzki escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Grunwaldzki swings for the body but Futter moves out of range.
Futter shoots and misses
and Grunwaldzki counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Buck Futter. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Futter gets a takedown into half guard.
We've been hearing good reports from Futter's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.
Futter in half guard on the top. He's looking for a kimura... He's got it locked and he's managed to free his trapped foot. Grunwaldzki tries to escape but it's on too tight and he has to tap! Great BJJ skills there from Futter!
