David Bugaev has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Raine Babe! The judges for this bout are Dmitry Maklakov, Fedor Mirinova and Valeri Chadov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Babe's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Bugaev connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Babe scrambles back to his feet. We've been hearing reports that Bugaev has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight. Babe rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Bugaev counters by moving into the clinch. Nice body punch from Bugaev - that landed with a thud.

Babe tries to pull guard but Bugaev forces him back to his feet, against the cage. A head punch blocked on the inside by Bugaev. Bugaev is working Babe over against the cage. Babe working aggressively here.
A short right from Bugaev. Bugaev softening up his opponent with strikes, against the cage. Bugaev lands with a left to the head. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Bugaev escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Bugaev lands a jab to Babe's midsection. Raine Babe seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Babe lands with an uppercut that bounces Bugaev off the cage and back into range. A cross from Bugaev lands. Babe ducks right into an uppercut from Bugaev. Babe loads up on a big right hand but Bugaev slips the punch. Bugaev looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.

Babe's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Bugaev connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Babe scrambles back to his feet.

and Bugaev counters with a right hand from hell and Babe is out cold! A vicious knockout!
