Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Harvey Dudley (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Giorgos Veli (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Harvey Dudley has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Veli throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Dudley was covering up waiting for the punch and Veli finishes the takedown easily into guard.

Dudley is scooting his butt against the cage and has managed to get back to his feet. Veli presses him back against the cage, presumably looking to take the fight back to the mat.

Veli gets double underhooks and manages to take the fight to the ground.

Dudley is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.

Veli drops back looking for a leg! Dudley is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Dudley manages to kick Veli off! Veli jumps back into Dudley's guard.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Dudley working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Veli doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Veli manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Dudley isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Veli stacks Dudley on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Veli!
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Dudley wants to stand and escape. He's got his foot on Veli's hips, looking to push off. But Veli grabs a hold of the leg and drops back for an ankle lock! It's hard to tell if he's got it. Both fighters look composed - OH, not anymore they don't! Dudley screams like a kid who's trapped his fingers in the car door and taps out! Yikes, that must have hurt - hopefully it's not snapped anything!
