Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
7 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Virgil Dreesen! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
11 - 59 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Rafael Inclan! The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Robert Twigg and Chris Downing.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Dreesen moves into the clinch. Inclan wants to take the fight to the mat but Dreesen manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch. Dreesen gets through Inclan's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head. Dreesen managing to block the knees to the body from Inclan.
A short left from Dreesen. Dreesen stalling against the cage.
Inclan tries to pull guard but Dreesen forces him back to his feet, against the cage. Dreesen lands a glancing elbow in the clinch.
It looks like Rafael Inclan has been cut. Dreesen slows down the pace here.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Dreesen lands a left hand.
A short uppercut from Dreesen. Dreesen comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush. Dreesen lands with a short shot to the head.
Inclan is rocked! This has been an exciting period of action! Inclan is looking to break free of the clinch but Dreesen has double underhooks. Inclan is still on wobbly legs! Can Dreesen finish him? Dreesen lands a body punch.
That's one minute gone in the round. Inclan is trying to pull guard but Dreesen turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch. Virgil Dreesen has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Rafael Inclan. Dreesen lands a nice looking hook to the body, against the cage. Dreesen makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut. Inclan takes an elbow to the temple. Dreesen gets through Inclan's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head. Dreesen creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Inclan's defenses. Dreesen unloads with a big right hand that wobbles Inclan! He's leaning against the cage trying to keep his feet but Dreesen is unloading with more strikes now! Inclan drops to his knees and the referee stops the fight for a TKO!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:29 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Virgil Dreesen! Our winner, Virgil Dreesen, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
