Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Adan Blake (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Adam Virt (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Virt tries to keep at a distance but Blake has taken the fight into the clinch.

Blake could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

As Virt looks to move away, Blake throws a big counter combo but Virt just gets out of the way.

Blake has not gone for a single takedown so far in this fight, which seems like a very strange tactic when you consider that he has the superior wrestling and BJJ.
Virt fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Blake was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit.

Virt throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Blake's waist but Blake gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Virt off to one side.

Blake has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Virt is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Blake.

Blake has Virt pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Blake pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Virt tumbling to the mat - Blake dives into Virt's guard.

Virt bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Blake's guard.

Blake isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Virt stacks Blake on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Virt!

The referee is taking a good look at Virt as he is on the wrong end of some big shots from Blake!
