Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Ernie Farrell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gravelo Sokol (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are George Francis, Gwen Towbar and Wesley Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sokol takes the fight into the clinch.
Sokol controlling the action here for a moment.
Farrell changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Sokol fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Farrell moves out of range of the body kick.
Sokol has managed to clinch.
Good anti-grappling being displayed by Sokol as Farrell tries to tie him up.
Farrell tries to circle away but Sokol has him pinned against the cage.
Sokol stalls.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Sokol pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Farrell really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Sokol fails to land with a series of punches.
Sokol clinches.
Farrell fails to pull guard.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Sokol's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
No joy there for Sokol, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Farrell fails with the takedown
enabling Sokol to counter with a crisp jab.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Ernie Farrell. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Sokol throws a head kick but Farrell moves out of range.
Gravelo Sokol seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Sokol fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Farrell, pushing him back against the cage.
Farrell tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Sokol smiles and moves away.
Sokol gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Sokol's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Sokol closes the distance and pushes Farrell back into the cage.
Sokol presses Farrell against the cage and delivers a mid-strength body shot.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Sokol blocks an uppercut.
Farrell jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Sokol walks away with a smile on his face. Farrell gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Sokol throws a series of punches but Farrell moves out of range.
Sokol will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
The fight moves into the clinch position.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Sokol pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Sokol ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Farrell takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Farrell blocks the body kick.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Farrell tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Sokol defends well and Farrell ends up having to push Sokol into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Farrell looks to throw the jab but Sokol is out of range.
Farrell throws a leg kick
and Sokol counters with a right hand to the body.
Farrell is breathing heavily.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Farrell crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Sokol - the referee stops the clock and Farrell gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Sokol. Farrell manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Sokol closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Farrell jumps guard but Sokol stands there with Farrell around his waist. Farrell gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Sokol takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.
The referee calls for Sokol to work.
Sokol lands an uppercut.
Sokol dictating the pace here, as the fighters clinch against the cage.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
Farrell fails to pull guard.
Sokol stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body.
Farrell fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Nice body punch from Sokol - that landed with a thud.
Farrell is trying to stall.
Sokol scores with a shot to the side of Farrell's head.
Sokol breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Sokol throws a head kick that misses.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Sokol gets a clinch.
Sokol breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Sokol clinches up with Farrell and pushes him back against the cage.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Gravelo Sokol dominated that round.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Sokol jabs Farrell to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Sokol moves into the clinch.
Farrell is trying to break the clinch but Sokol is controlling him.
Sokol stalling.
Sokol pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Farrell avoids a kick to the body.
Farrell shoots in but Sokol avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Sokol scores with a hook.
Farrell is rocked!
It looks like Ernie Farrell has been cut.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Farrell.
Oh Farrell is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Sokol misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Farrell ducks into an uppercut from Sokol and that's knocked him out cold! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:58 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Gravelo Sokol!
