Silver throws an overhand right that lands on Ponjev's shoulder, as Ponjev tries to avoid the shot.
Silver lands a big head kick that sends Ponjev to the canvas! Silver follows up with strikes from the mount that forces the ref to step in and stop the fight!

Billy Silver is the new middleweight champion!
Billy Silver decided to call for a title shot in his post fight interview, which was very strange given the fact this fight was for a title and he's already the champion. I guess that's what getting punched in the head does for you.
