The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Man bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Sanderson misses with a wild body shot.
Man moves out of range of the strikes.
Sanderson feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Man is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
Man has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Sanderson can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Sanderson lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.
Sanderson wanted to stand there but Man had control of the position.
Sanderson knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Man on the ground.
Sanderson won't allow Man to sweep him here.

Man throws his legs up looking for a submission but Sanderson uses it to pass to side control.
Sanderson passes to full mount! That's big trouble for Man!
Sanderson looking to control but Man is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.
Man is desperately trying to improve his position but Sanderson has a good base and remains in mount.
Sanderson tries to control but Man wriggling away.
Sanderson landing strikes from the mount and Man is in trouble!
Man sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though.
Sanderson is looking to advance position but Man won't allow it.
Man is working on a guillotine. He's managed to get to full guard and he's really squeezing tight! Sanderson is tapping! Great win for Man!
