Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Akamu Lehua (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Matthias Pettigrew (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lehua lands with a hook. Pettigrew tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Lehua lands a body shot.
Pettigrew fails with a takedown attempt.
A left and a right from Lehua both land. Nice combination.
Lehua with a nice cross.
Pettigrew gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Lehua lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Lehua connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Pettigrew's hands.
Pettigrew should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Pettigrew has his takedown stuffed
and Lehua counters with a nice body shot.
Lehua connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.

Lehua cracks Pettigrew with a right hand to the side of the head.
Lehua throws an overhand right that lands on Pettigrew's shoulder, as Pettigrew tries to avoid the shot.
Lehua moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
Lehua scores with a nice head shot.
Pettigrew gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Lehua counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

Pettigrew is rocked!
Akamu Lehua has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Matthias Pettigrew.

Pettigrew on the wrong end of a nice jab.
Pettigrew is still on wobbly legs! Can Lehua finish him?
Lehua cracks a nice hook into Pettigrew's ribs.
Lehua drops Pettigrew with a straight right hand, right on the button! Lehua follows him down to the mat and pounds him out with hammerfists until the referee jumps in to end the fight!
