Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Freddy Kruger (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ramon Escobar Chavez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kruger comes to the cage accompanied by Ako ay Pilipino. Escobar Chavez has chosen Buena Vista Social Club - Hasta Siempre as his entrance music. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kruger lands with a hook. Escobar Chavez tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Kruger seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.
Escobar Chavez swings for the body but Kruger moves out of range.
Escobar Chavez throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Kruger jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Escobar Chavez looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Escobar Chavez throws a right and a left that Kruger avoids nicely.
Kruger misses with a lunging right hand
and Escobar Chavez counters with a nice body shot.
Escobar Chavez defending well as Kruger loads up on a big left hand.
Escobar Chavez looks to score with a jab to the body but Kruger is just out of range.
Kruger jabs Escobar Chavez right on the nose. Escobar Chavez blinks but takes it well.
Escobar Chavez paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Escobar Chavez lands a nice hook to Kruger's body. Kruger takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Escobar Chavez throws an overhand right that lands on Kruger's shoulder, as Kruger tries to avoid the shot.
Escobar Chavez lands a head shot.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Kruger scores with a jab to the jaw.
Escobar Chavez cracks Kruger with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.

Kruger throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

Escobar Chavez keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Kruger is rocked!
Kruger throws a lazy uppercut
and Escobar Chavez counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Oh Kruger is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Kruger loses concentration momentarily and Escobar Chavez pounces with a three punch combo! Right, left, right! Kruger crashes face first to the mat, out cold! Escobar Chavez finishes this one with a fantastically precise combo! Great stuff.
