Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jon Snow (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bjorn Bogart (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bogart has chosen "Dutch National Anthem" by Het Wilhelmus as his entrance music. Bjorn Bogart is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jon Snow! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
6 - 22 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Bjorn Bogart! The judges for this bout are Tarja Halkonen, Roosa Järviläinen and Johanna Lukiainen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bogart slaps away a takedown attempt from Snow, before circling back to the center of the mat. Snow has Bogart up against the cage in a clinch.
Snow doesn't land with the attempted body shot.
Bogart tries to pull guard but Snow holds him up against the cage and eventually Bogart drops back down to his feet.
Snow lands a body punch in the clinch. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Snow lands with a left to the head. Snow displaying some good clinch control by pressing Bogart up against the cage.
That's one minute gone in the round. Snow lands a shoulder strike. Snow lands a glancing elbow in the clinch.
It looks like Bjorn Bogart has been cut. Snow scores with a knee to the head.
Nice elbow from Snow. Snow lands a body shot. Snow drops Bogart onto one knee with a big uppercut from the clinch! Bogart is propped up by the cage and works his way back to his feet!
Bogart is rocked! Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Snow's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not. Bogart is still on wobbly legs! Can Snow finish him? Bogart is fighting off a takedown attempt but Snow is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Bogart to the mat. Bogart regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Bogart being controlled here, momentarily. Bogart seems to have recovered his senses. Bogart looking for a sweep. Not yet Bogart, not yet. Bogart is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Snow controls the pace of the fight for a moment. Snow has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent. Both fighters have adopted an aggressive gameplan on the ground! Snow working some strikes from top position. Snow sitting in guard here, content to control.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Bogart looking to hit a scissor sweep but Snow is one step ahead there. Snow postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Snow accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Bogart trying to keep a closed guard but Snow is proving a slippery customer.
Snow scores with a decent looking elbow strike. Snow scoring with some ground and pound. Bogart can't keep his opponent in guard - Snow advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Snow working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that. Snow throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. Snow uses his free foot to push down on Bogart's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Bogart. Snow controlling the pace for now.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Bogart is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
Snow avoids the attempt from Bogart to control. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Bogart taking shots to the head. Snow in mount throwing good strikes here, bouncing his opponent's head off the canvas.
Snow landing shots from mount. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Snow controlling from mount. Snow lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning. Snow has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Snow controlling from mount. This is a sustained period of stalling by Snow. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Jon Snow dominated that round. The cut man is working on Bjorn Bogart's cut. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Snow shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Bogart pinned against the cage. Bogart gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Snow shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Bogart as he jumps to the side. Snow shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Bogart is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Snow scores with a couple of nice shots. Snow trying to control the pace. Snow lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt. Snow wants to free his trapped foot but Bogart is holding on for dear life with his legs. Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Snow in particular looking to stall. Bogart is looking for a sweep. Snow is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Snow is figuring out what he wants to do next. Snow lands strikes from half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Snow takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position. Snow is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound. Bogart tries to get to full guard but Snow has control of the leg. Bogart is trying to control but can't.
Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Snow in particular looking to stall. Bogart trying to control but Snow postures up.
Snow with a momentary lay and pray from half guard. Snow scores with a couple of good hammerfists. The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Snow lands a nice short elbow. Snow looking to pass the half guard. Not this time. Bogart is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Snow scores with a couple of nice shots.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Snow content to sit in half guard and control for a moment. Bogart avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Snow. Bogart trying to control from the bottom.
Well, if Snow is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Snow connects with a nice short shot to Bogart's temple. Jon Snow overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Snow is working for a kimura but Bogart is defending it quite comfortably.
Snow not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Bogart slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work. Snow trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Snow stands and throws Bogart's legs to the side, diving into side control. Bogart being controlled for a moment. Bogart tries to bench press Snow off him but Snow keeps the position. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Snow clinches up with Bogart and pushes him back against the cage. Snow is trying to wear down his opponent with knees to the body. Snow is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Bogart is defending well for now. Snow digs a right hand underneath Bogart's ribcage. Bogart let out a lung full of air as it connected. Snow stalling against the cage.

That's one minute gone in the round. Snow wriggles free and stands up. Snow shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Bogart pinned against the cage. Bogart gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Bogart now looks to counter with a shot at the body. Snow keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Snow shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat. Snow stays in close to Bogart's body and controls the position. Bogart trying to keep a closed guard but Snow is proving a slippery customer.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Snow works over Bogart with some ground and pound from guard. Snow engaging in some classic timewasting tactics. Snow stands up over Bogart, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. Bogart is trying to control the position but Snow postures up. Hammerfist, elbow! yells Snow's corner. There ya go! There ya go! Snow is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control. Bogart trying to keep a closed guard but Snow is proving a slippery customer.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Snow lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard. Snow tries to free his leg and advance position but Bogart is retaining full guard. Snow sitting in guard, not really doing much. Snow scoring with punches to the head and body. Snow is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Bogart can do to turn this around? Snow seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. Bogart looking to hit a scissor sweep but Snow is one step ahead there. Bjorn Bogart has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Bogart utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Bogart is trying to control the position from the bottom.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work. Snow with a nice head shot there. Bogart bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Snow's guard.
Snow wriggles free and stands up. Snow shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Bogart sprawls well. Bogart wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Snow gets slowly back to his feet. Bogart is trying to avoid his opponent's strikes and get into the clinch. Jon Snow is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Snow fails with a takedown attempt. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jon Snow. That's going to take a lot out of him. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Snow misses with a takedown attempt and Bogart counters with a takedown into side control. Snow bucks up and tries to throw Bogart off but instead Bogart has got his back!
And that's the end of the fight! Jon Snow showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Snow, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
