Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Edward Kenway (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Krejzi Kure (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Kure's choice of entrance music: BIG SHUG - who's hard. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
9 - 2 - 2, fighting out of Las Vegas, Edward Kenway! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
16 - 12 - 1, fighting out of Helsinki, Krejzi Kure! The judges for this bout are Matti Vanhoillinen, Roosa Järviläinen and Arvi Lind.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kenway uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Kure has time to react. Kure connects with a body shot that sends Kenway's belly button to the back. A looping hook to the body misses from Kure. Kenway does a little dance to reset his feet. Kenway throwing a counter right hand but Kure manages to avoid it. Kenway closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so. Kure shoots in and drives through. Kenway sprawls well. Kenway throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Kure misses with a few strikes there.
Kure tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Kenway swivels and escapes. Kenway swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect. Kure throws a body shot but no joy. Kure throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

Kenway has been working on his boxing with his coaches at LOD: Lightning Kicks (MaxID266K) in the buildup to the fight. Kure cracks Kenway with a right hand to the side of the head. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Sloppy strikes from Kenway. Those never looked like landing. Kure takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
Kenway cracks Kure with a good jab. Kenway tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Kure manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Kure throws out a counter right but Kenway avoids it with no problem.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kenway tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Kure paws at him with a jab and circles away. Krejzi Kure seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Kure takes one to the chin there. Kenway uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook. Kenway throws a hook to the side of Kure's head but Kure sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Nice body kick there by Kenway. Kure throws a hook but Kenway blocks it. Kure digs a good body shot into Kenway's ribs. No joy there for Kure, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Kenway moves into the clinch. Kenway misses with a short punch on the inside. Kure blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Kure wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Kenway has him pressed against the cage. Kenway misses with a hook to the ribs.
A nice right hand lands inside from Kure. Kure tries to work over Kenway's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target. Kenway prevents a body shot from Kure. Kure blocks a body shot from Kenway.
That's two minutes gone in the round. This has been an exciting period of action! Kenway has a couple of punches blocked by Kure.

Still in the clinch, Kure scores with a nice short uppercut. Kure tries to work over Kenway's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target. Kenway swings away with an uppercut that misses.

Kure looks to land a combination. Kenway sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots. Kure misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Edward Kenway has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Krejzi Kure. Kure scores with a three punch combo!
A big right from Kure misses. Kenway throws a chopping leg kick but Kure manages to avoid taking any serious damage. Kenway misses with an attempted mid kick.
Kenway lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.

Kure tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Kure looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Kenway avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Kure.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Kure throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. Kure wants to free his trapped foot but Kenway is holding on for dear life with his legs. Kure not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Kure throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. Kure working over Kenway with some ground and pound. Kenway looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable. Kure trying to control from half guard but Kenway is working away. Kure sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Kenway defending well though. Kure seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Kenway does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. That was a close round but I would say that Edward Kenway will probably get the nod. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now. A slow jab from Kenway misses its intended target. Kure looks to land a left hand but Kenway moved out of range nicely. Kenway fires out a quick counter leg kick but Kure just manages to avoid it. Kenway takes a body punch but keeps moving. and Kenway counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Kenway jabs at Kure's body. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Kure moves into the clinch. Edward Kenway has scored more points in the clinch so far. Kure prevents a body shot from Kenway. Kenway goes for a body shot but it's blocked.

Kenway lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Kure.

Kenway softening up his opponent with strikes, against the cage. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Kenway stops a takedown attempt from Kure.

Edward Kenway has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Krejzi Kure. Kenway digs a right hand underneath Kure's ribcage. Kure let out a lung full of air as it connected. Kenway prevents Kure from breaking the clinch. A short right from Kenway on the inside. Kenway lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Kure backwards. Kure can't get the takedown.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Kenway pushes Kure against the cage. Kenway is working some dirty boxing. Kenway pushes off with a quick right hook! Kure goes down! Kure tries to stand but stumbles back to his kness! Kenway moves in to finish and the ref steps in to prevent any more damage!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:10 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Edward Kenway! Edward Kenway seemed lost for words in his post fight interview but he remembered to thank his fans and directed everyone to his website.
