Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Tim Hansen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Shit Face (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hansen's entrance music is AC/DC - Big Gun. A fine choice. Face has chosen Blue clear sky as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. The key to victory for Tim Hansen has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Face blocks a head kick by Hansen.
Hansen throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Hansen will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Hansen throws a head kick that misses.
Face with the counter takedown but Hansen avoids it easily.
Hansen throws a series of punches but Face moves out of range.
Hansen falls off balance throwing a combination
and Face counters with a takedown into side control! That could mean trouble for Hansen!
Face controls the position from side control.
Face is looking to take a break and control but Hansen is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Hansen prevents Face from moving into mount.

Hansen is trying to control Face's posture but Face avoids it.
Face working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.
Face wants to lay and pray for a moment but Hansen keeps working.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Face is on top in guard.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Hansen throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Hansen lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
Hansen throws a hook to the side of Face's head but Face sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
A combination from Hansen does no damage.
Hansen misses with a head kick.
Face avoids the head kick by Hansen.
Hansen connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Face misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Hansen appears to be looking for a big counter.
Face fails to land the takedown.
Face tries to move into range but Hansen moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
A head kick misses from Hansen.
And Face tries to counter it with a takedown but Hansen pushes his down on his head and steps out.

Hansen throws a head kick that misses.
No joy there for Hansen, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Hansen fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.

Face drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Hansen defends it well.
Hansen throws a sloppy head kick
and Face counters with a shoot takedown. Hansen fights it but they end up in guard.

Face is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount!
Hansen is squirming around, avoiding Face's attempts to control the action.
Face is trying to control here but Hansen has managed to regain half guard.

Hansen is refusing to be controlled, as Face sits in half guard.
Face throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
Face is controlling the pace.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Face is trying to control the action in half guard but Hansen is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Face is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Hansen is just riding it out for now. Face eventually gives up the hold.
Hansen wants to get back to his feet.
Face seems to be looking for submissions.
Face thows a huge punch but Hansen dodges it nicely.
Face is trying for a kimura here. Hansen looks like he's in a lot of pain... and he's tapping out! Face wins by kimura!

A determined Shit Face didn't want to dwell on this fight in his post fight interview. Instead he was more keen to state he wants a title shot. Let's see if he gets it!
