Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Liam Davies (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Shizzle My (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Alexandre Firmino, Thiago Cunha and Seu Braga.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Davies closes the distance and clinches up with My, looking for a takedown. Davies pushes My against the cage but My circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
My punishes Davies's body with a nice straight punch.
My fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Davies sprawls well initially but My persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
My is keen to just control but Davies is a slippery customer.
My thows a huge punch but Davies dodges it nicely.
Davies throws a strike from the bottom that misses.
My stands, ready to strike. The ref makes him back up and allows Davies to get to his feet.
The fight stays on the outside here - Davies looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Davies wants to clinch up but My keeps it at a distance.
My shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
My trying to control the position from guard on top but Davies is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Davies keeping full guard, as My tries to pass.
Davies keeping moving, preventing My from controlling successfully.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Davies controls My momentarily but My frees himself.
Davies will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

My tries to free his leg and advance position but Davies is retaining full guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
My closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Davies to the mat! Davies manages to get full guard.
Davies keeping moving, preventing My from controlling successfully.
My with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal.
Davies is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
My stands up and waves to Davies to follow him.

and My counters with a shoot takedown. Davies fights it but they end up in guard.
Davies is breathing heavily.
My looking to control the position here, rather than advance.
Davies had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. My is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Davies Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take My's back instead.
My is trying to stand back up.
My wants to control his opponent's hands but Davies gets his hands free.
My breaks Davies's hooks off and manages to turn into his guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Davies is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
My keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Davies's head.
Davies is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Excellent takedown into side control there by My.
My is looking to take a break and control but Davies is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
My decides to stand up, so the ref orders Davies to his feet.
Davies really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
My drives through with a takedown into guard.

Davies throws his legs up looking for a submission but My uses it to pass to side control.
My is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Davies has escaped the position, nice work there.
My controlling from side mount.
Davies striking from the bottom but nothing landed.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
My has an Americana. Davies didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! My is delighted and gyrates infront of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if My hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
