Johnson cracks BatzCastelmore with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Johnson has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning BatzCastelmore to stand back up!
It looks like Charles BatzCastelmore has been cut.

Like a drunk walking down the middle of the road, the inevitable face plant follows and the delayed knockout arrives. Even BatzCastelmore can't help but laugh at the bizarre end to this one!
