Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Caden Prevost!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 4 - 1, fighting out of Montreal, James Harrison!
The judges for this bout are Alec Ball, Dillan Fox and Yves DeLean.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Excellent takedown into side control there by Harrison.
Harrison postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.
Prevost tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Harrison in side control, throwing shots but Prevost defends.
Prevost tries to strike but it doesn't land.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Prevost wants to control but Harrison postures up.
Harrison wants to lay and pray for a moment but Prevost keeps working.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Harrison tries for a takedown but Prevost sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Prevost circles away from the clinch attempt.
James Harrison seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Prevost looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.

Prevost closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.

Prevost is staying tight to Harrison's torso, preventing him from escaping.
Prevost looks up at the clock and then as Harrison takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Prevost smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
Prevost scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at Harrison to see if he's OK.

and Prevost counters with a nice low kick that buckles Harrison's knee momentarily.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Harrison controls Prevost momentarily but Prevost frees himself.
Harrison wants to sweep here but Prevost controlling him for the moment.
