Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Jackson Munoz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Darko Vader (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Munoz comes to the cage accompanied by Lil Wayne ft Drake - Right above it. Vader has chosen Return of Darko as his entrance music. Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
14 - 9 - 0, fighting out of London, Jackson Munoz! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
8 - 4 - 1, fighting out of London, Darko Vader! The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, Donald Grub and William Gold.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Munoz falls off balance throwing a combination
and Munoz takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Munoz takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it. Vader jabs at Munoz's body. Vader has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout. Munoz fails with a takedown attempt. Munoz fails with the takedown. Jackson Munoz seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Munoz takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming. Vader digs a good hook to Munoz's body.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Vader scores with a jab. Munoz acknowledges it with a nod of the head. Munoz looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. Vader bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Munoz is trying hard to land a takedown here. Vader sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Vader throws a counter combo. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jackson Munoz. That's going to take a lot out of him. Vader misses with a straight right. Munoz has his takedown stuffed and Vader counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
That's one minute gone in the round. Munoz misses with a takedown letting Vader counter with a right hand. Munoz moves away from the strike by Vader. Donk. Vader catches Munoz right on the button with a cross. Munoz shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Munoz was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Munoz tries to land with some ground and pound but misses. You can see the frustration on Vader's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Vader is looking for a sweep. Vader sneaks back into half guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Munoz lands strikes from half guard. Munoz looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Vader with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. Vader is trying to maintain the position but Munoz is very close to passing his half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Munoz not landing any meaningful shots this time. Munoz has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Vader regains full guard. Nicely done. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Vader trying to control the position.
Vader trying to strike from the bottom but really, it's not the best position to be doing that from! Munoz won't allow Vader to sweep him here. Vader working a defensive guard here.
Munoz with a flurry of punches that miss. Vader trying to keep a closed guard but Munoz is proving a slippery customer.
Munoz makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Vader is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Vader is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Munoz postures up in Vader's guard and throws a big left but Vader blocks it. The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now. Munoz is pushing down on Vader's leg trying to pass to half guard. Vader is fighting to maintain full guard but Munoz has managed to sneak the leg through. Munoz looks to score some points with some ground and pound. Munoz stalling away here and it's allowed Vader to slip out his trapped foot and regain full guard. Munoz lands a couple of decent looking shots. Munoz looking to sit in guard and control but Vader gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
Munoz has managed to wall walk up one of the corner posts to get back to his feet. Vader is pushing him up against the cage, looking to control the position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Munoz breaks the clinch.
Munoz ducks under a wild hook from Vader. Vader misses with a straight right. Munoz drops down looking for a counter takedown but Vader sprawls and moves away. Vader swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Munoz misses with the combination.
Vader throws a series of strikes that have Munoz backpedaling.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Munoz scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. Vader tries to slip a leg under to move to half guard but Munoz presses down on the leg and jumps into full mount! Vader tries to hold on but Munoz pushes him away. BOOM! Munoz connects with a massive shot to the dome!
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Darko Vader will probably get the nod. That's time! Back to the action!
Vader throws a hook but Munoz blocks it. Vader connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Munoz momentarily.
Vader looks to land a left hand but Munoz moved out of range nicely. Vader lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected. Munoz listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut. Munoz shoots in looking for a takedown but Vader manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Munoz's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Nice sprawl there from Vader as Munoz shoots in. A head kick by Munoz misses and Vader counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Vader lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected. A punch lands to the side of Munoz 's head but he takes it in his stride. Vader gets caught napping as Munoz dives in and scores a takedown. Vader manages to retain guard. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Vader pulls Munoz in close to prevent any damage. Vader is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
That's one minute gone in the round. Vader might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Munoz haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time. Munoz trying to control but Vader is working from the bottom. Munoz won't allow Vader to sweep him here. Munoz throwing strikes but missing. The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up. Vader is trying to control the position from the bottom.
The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet. Vader scores with a jab to the head.
Jackson Munoz is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Munoz dives in and grabs Vader's left leg, looking for a takedown. Vader pushes down on Munoz's head and hops out. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jackson Munoz. That's going to take a lot out of him. Munoz takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it. Munoz throws a left and a right that both miss
and Vader connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Vader comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range. Munoz shoots in looking for a takedown but Vader manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Munoz's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Vader lands a jab to the nose. Munoz keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Munoz walks into a left hand. Munoz has a takedown stuffed. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Munoz tries to score a power double leg takedown but Vader sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Munoz somewhat. Vader might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Vader uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Munoz has time to react. Munoz keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Vader. Munoz fails with the takedown.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Vader scores with a hook. Vader throws a poor cross that misses
and Munoz counters with an outside leg kick.
Vader throws a good cross that connects.
Munoz is rocked! A telegraphed right hand from Vader misses the target. Oh Munoz is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Munoz takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Munoz shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Vader as he avoids it easily. Munoz fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Vader avoids it really well and circles away. Vader looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it. Munoz misses with a few strikes there.
Vader takes a head kick and keeps coming.
Vader throws an overhand right that drops Munoz like a sack of potatoes! Vader dives in to finish the fight with more strikes and this one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:52 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Darko Vader! A very excited looking Darko Vader made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
