Mcgillicutty comes to the cage accompanied by Sinéad O'connor - The Foggy Dew. Celasquez has chosen Kid Frost - La Raza as his entrance music. Conrad Mcgillicutty has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.

With a record of 7 - 4 - 0, fighting out of New York, Conrad Mcgillicutty!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 11 - 6 - 0, fighting out of London, Vain Celasquez!
The judges for this bout are Andrew Berry, Sam Margolis and Daniel Bishop.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Celasquez fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Celasquez misses the jab.
Mcgillicutty connects with a nice looking jab.
Celasquez throws a lazy right hand but Mcgillicutty sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

Mcgillicutty cracks Celasquez with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Celasquez looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Mcgillicutty finish him?


It looks like Vain Celasquez has been cut.
We've been told by Mcgillicutty's head coaches at Bjorn's Elite Team that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Celasquez tries to clinch but Mcgillicutty is having none of it.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Celasquez wants to lay and pray for a moment but Mcgillicutty keeps working.
Mcgillicutty knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Celasquez on the ground.
Celasquez lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Mcgillicutty down.

Celasquez misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

and Mcgillicutty counters with a nice low kick that buckles Celasquez's knee momentarily.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Celasquez misses with a right hand
and Mcgillicutty counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Celasquez takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.

Celasquez closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.

Mcgillicutty lands with a left to the head.
Mcgillicutty can't find room to land a body shot as Celasquez controls the action.
Celasquez jumps guard but Mcgillicutty stands there with Celasquez around his waist. Celasquez gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Celasquez is trying to drag Mcgillicutty to the mat but Mcgillicutty just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.
Celasquez changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Mcgillicutty fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Conrad Mcgillicutty has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Vain Celasquez.

and Celasquez holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
Mcgillicutty swings wildly with an uppercut but Celasquez uses good head movement to avoid it.
Celasquez is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Mcgillicutty to keep the fight standing.

Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.

and as Celasquez loses concentration momentarily, Mcgillicutty counters with a picture perfect head kick! Celasquez goes down, out cold! The referee rushed in to check on his condition - I'm sure he'll be ok but that was a massive knockout!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:11 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Conrad Mcgillicutty!
Conrad Mcgillicutty took to the mic in his post fight interview and said 'Revenge is sweet! You beat my alliance friend and think you are the next king...?! Well... NO ! Get back to cleaning toilets you chump.'.
