Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ruarc Harris (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jorge Domingo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
13 - 14 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Ruarc Harris! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
27 - 15 - 0, fighting out of New York, Jorge Domingo! The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Stewart Dunkirk and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Harris closes the distance and pushes Domingo back into the cage. Domingo misses with a hook to the ribs.
Domingo manages to get underhooks and slows down the pace for a moment.
Harris has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Domingo avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch. Harris looking for a takedown. Domingo digs a right hand into Harris's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Harris's gas tank. Domingo misses with a body punch.
The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows. Harris is stalling here. The referee will be looking to step in if he doesn't pick up the pace. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Harris pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Domingo has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Harris is landing a low percentage of strikes. Harris throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Domingo tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Harris is in Domingo's guard. Domingo is scooting his butt against the cage and has managed to get back to his feet. Harris presses him back against the cage, presumably looking to take the fight back to the mat. We've been hearing reports that Harris has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight. Domingo lands a left hand that snaps the head of Harris backwards.
That's one minute gone in the round. Harris breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Domingo fakes a jab and then connects with a hook. Domingo walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Harris checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side. Harris moves out of range as Domingo strikes. Harris is looking to counter the offense by Domingo and move into the clinch. Domingo chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Harris can pounce on him.
Harris tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Domingo feints and then cracks Harris's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Harris down. Harris wants to clinch up but Domingo keeps it at a distance. It seemed like Domingo was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it. Harris shoots in but Domingo avoids the takedown attempt easily. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Ruarc Harris. That's going to take a lot out of him. Harris moves in looking to clinch but Domingo pushes him off. And an attempted straight right on the counter from Domingo! But no joy. Harris fails with an attempt to clinch.
Harris wants to clinch but Domingo slips to the side and Domingo counters with a lovely straight right hand! A jab from Domingo misses.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Harris has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him. Good leg kick by Domingo there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Harris misses the shot to the body. Harris tries to close the distance and clinch but Domingo swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. The fight stays on the outside here - Harris looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Harris will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Harris tries to work over Domingo's front leg with a kick but Domingo checks it. Harris gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily letting Domingo counter with a right hand. Harris has taken the fight to the clinch.
Harris breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Harris fails with an attempt to clinch.
Domingo throws out a counter right but Harris avoids it with no problem. Harris clinches with his opponent.

Harris seems to have come into the fight with the intention of avoiding any damage in the clinch, rather than actually showing any aggression. Harris escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

It looks like Ruarc Harris has been cut. An inside leg kick from Harris misses. Harris feints and as Domingo raises his hands in defense, Harris changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Domingo pulls Harris in to control the position. Harris passes Domingo's left leg - he's now in half guard. Harris missing with the ground and pound from half guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Domingo wants to control but Harris is keeping busy.
Well, if Harris is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
Harris trying to control from Domingo's half guard. Domingo has other ideas though and has regained full guard. Domingo has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall. Harris trying to control but Domingo is working from the bottom. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Jorge Domingo dominated that round. The cut man is working on Ruarc Harris's cut. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Domingo circles away from the clinch attempt and Domingo counters with a lovely straight right hand! Harris shoots in but no luck this time. Harris tries to bum rush Domingo with a series of wild strikes but Domingo uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Harris tries to clinch and Domingo counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Domingo buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Domingo circles away from the clinch attempt and Domingo counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Harris wants to clinch up but Domingo keeps it at a distance. A solid leg kick lands there for Domingo.
Domingo lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.

Domingo is working an open guard so Harris takes the opportunity to get back to his feet. A big right from Domingo misses. Harris rushes Domingo and presses him up against the cage. Harris is pushing Domingo up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word. Harris works for the underhooks and manages to get a trip takedown into guard. Harris missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Harris passes Domingo's left leg - he's now in half guard. Domingo keeping control of the leg, stopping his opponent passing to mount.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Harris decides to return to a standing position. Harris wants to clinch but Domingo slips to the side and Domingo counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Harris closes the distance looking to clinch and Domingo connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Domingo throws the left hand but Harris avoids the punch easily. Harris darts in trying to clinch and Domingo counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Harris takes the fight into the clinch. Domingo avoiding damage as Harris throws knees to the body.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Harris looking to throw knees to the head but Domingo is blocking nicely.
Domingo tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Harris's elbow. Domingo gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Harris.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Domingo waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Harris. Harris feinted with a counter takedown. Harris tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Domingo paws at him with a jab and circles away. As Harris backs off Domingo throws a huge counter combo but Harris manages to avoid it all. Domingo cracks Harris with a good jab. Harris slips under a jab. Harris tries to clinch up. Harris looks to clinch letting Domingo counter with a right hand. Domingo throws out a leg kick but Harris moves out of range and Domingo only half commits. A jab from Domingo misses. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Jorge Domingo showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The cut man is working on Ruarc Harris's cut. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!

The fight stays on the outside here - Harris looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Ruarc Harris seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Harris wants to clinch and Domingo counters with a three punch combo that has Harris backing up. Harris nods at Domingo to acknowledge the strikes. Domingo is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Harris. Domingo throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean. Harris tries a low kick but Domingo avoids it. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Nice takedown defense from Domingo. No joy for Harris on that attempt. Harris fails with an attempt to clinch.
Domingo appeared to try and counter that last move with a leg kick. Harris is looking to clinch but Domingo is avoiding it.

That's one minute gone in the round. Harris takes one to the chin there. Harris throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Domingo counters with a nice uppercut.
Harris is rocked! Harris tries to clinch but Domingo moves away and Domingo counters with a huge left! Harris is in big trouble! He's backing up but Domingo isn't giving him chance to recover. Under a barage of punches the ref has to step in to save Harris from any more damage. A dominating finish by Domingo!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:28 of round 3, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Jorge Domingo! Our winner, Jorge Domingo, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans. In defeat, Ruarc Harris stepped up to the mic, saying 'I lost this match because i had a injured heart you see someone ran over my dog earlier today. If it where not for that i would have kicked this guys ass.'.
