The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Billy Smith has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Glenn Williamson.
Williamson has picked Smith up - he's going for a ride! Williamson dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard.

I was talking to Smith's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight.

and Smith counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Williamson goes for a double leg but Smith avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Smith continues to drive forward.
Williamson closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.

Smith pushes Williamson back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.

Smith drops Williamson with a big left hand! Williamson is injured, injured bad! Smith jumps in and finished him with strikes! The fight is over!

Billy Smith tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
