Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Fernando Padilla! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, King Edward! The judges for this bout are Jeff Smith, Roger Salmon and Ryoma Takatsuka.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight. Padilla will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Despite the aggression on Edward's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter. Padilla looks to throw a body kick and Edward counters with a left and a right that stings Padilla. Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Padilla. Padilla misses with a kick to the body.

That's too much punishment for Padilla to take - he tumbles to the canvas, blood pouring from his nose, barely conscious. That's the end of the fight! Great knockout by Edward!
