The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wiggins feints and as Palms raises his hands in defense, Wiggins changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Wiggins looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Wiggins has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Palms to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Wiggins is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Palms pulls down on the head and he's put Wiggins to sleep! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:18 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle). Heron Palms!
Heron Palms gave a mention to Bare Knuckle Fisticuffs Clothing in his post fight interview. That will please them (and hopefully generate some sales).
