Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Adel Sadeq (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Joe Jackson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jackson has chosen Sail as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Adel Sadeq!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Wesley Smith and Alan Glass.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Sadeq drives through with a takedown into guard.
Sadeq slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
Jackson tries to land a sweep but no joy.

Jackson looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Sadeq's corner is telling him to maintain position.
Jackson is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Sadeq slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Sadeq in particular looking to stall.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Jackson wants to get back to full guard.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
Sadeq is taking a breather. Jackson says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.

The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Jackson fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Sadeq sprawls well initially but Jackson persists and gets the takedown into half guard.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

Well Sadeq has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Joe Jackson spoke after the fight, saying 'It was a gud fight and Hunt came out well, he did wat he did. I would like to say sorry to my fans and I promise to be back strong and better if he is gonna accept a rematch!!'.
