The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No joy there for McConor, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Colburn lands with a kick to the temple. McConor shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
Colburn misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Colburn takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
McConor cracks a nice hook into Colburn's ribs.
Colburn pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Colburn connects with a high kick.
McConor works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
Colburn doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Colburn takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Colburn is breathing heavily.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
McConor scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Colburn doesn't seem bothered though.
A head kick by Colburn misses
and McConor counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.

Colburn ducks straight into an uppercut from McConor and tumbles to the canvas! It’s a flash knockdown though - Colburn manages to regain guard straight away.

Colburn is rocked!
McConor is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.
Oh Colburn is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
McConor advances to half guard.
Colburn knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for McConor on the ground.

McConor has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Colburn defend it? McConor steps over the head and cranks it - Colburn is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for McConor!
