Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ronaldo deSouza (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Anthony Johnson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Ronaldo deSouza has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Ronaldo deSouza seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Ronaldo deSouza!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Anthony Johnson!
The judges for this bout are , Don Winkell and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Johnson moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
Johnson cracks deSouza with a right hand to the side of the head.
A telegraphed right hand from Johnson misses the target.
deSouza changes levels looking for a counter takedown but doesn't commit.
Johnson throws an uppercut from half a mile away. deSouza sees it coming and avoids it easily.
deSouza throws a shot from downtown. Johnson moves away and avoids it.
deSouza waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Johnson.
It seemed like Johnson was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Johnson lunges at deSouza with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by deSouza's hand.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Johnson misses the shot to the body.
deSouza rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Johnson counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Johnson moves out of range of the strikes.
Anthony Johnson is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Johnson lands a nice shot that snaps deSouza's head back.
deSouza throws a jab but it's blocked by Johnson.
Johnson lands with a straight right. deSouza didn't see that one coming.
Johnson works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
deSouza with a poor takedown
and Johnson counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Johnson scores with a body shot.
deSouza walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Johnson lands a big uppercut and deSouza crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but deSouza looks OK. Johnson waves deSouza back to his feet!
deSouza is rocked!
It looks like Ronaldo deSouza has been cut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Johnson flashes deSouza a smile before throwing a beast of a right hand, straight down the pipe. deSouza's eyes follow the hand right onto his nose, taking in it's full glory... and then darkness. deSouza crumples to the floor! He's out cold! Johnson punches the air and yells at the top of his lungs - yeeeeeeeeeeah!!!! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:14 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Anthony Johnson!
