Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between King Mejia (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Theo Bradley (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 4 - 0, fighting out of London, King Mejia! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Theo Bradley! The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, Donald Grub and James Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bradley throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Mejia is trying to close the distance and clinch up, after that failed offence from Bradley. Bradley slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range. Bradley throws a jab but it's blocked by Mejia. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Mejia is defended easily by Bradley. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Mejia avoids the head kick by Bradley.
Bradley fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Mejia seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bradley has taken the fight to the clinch.
Bradley drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.

Bradley changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Mejia fights it off and pushes away nicely.
King Mejia has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Theo Bradley. Bradley throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Mejia fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Bradley to the ground. Mejia is now in Bradley's guard. Mejia won't allow Bradley to sweep him here. Bradley working away from the bottom but not quite defensive enough there because Mejia has passed into half guard!

That's two minutes gone in the round. Bradley throws a sloppy strike from the bottom. He's now off balance and Mejia manages to pass to side control. Bradley tries to bench press Mejia off him but Mejia keeps the position. Bradley felt the need to train up his defensive grappling in the buildup to the fight. Presumably he was expecting to be in a difficult position like this, so let's see if he can get out of it. Mejia decides to stand back up. Mejia steps back and let's Bradley get back to his feet. Bradley gets caught flat footed, as Mejia shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. Bradley is looking to stand back up but Mejia counters by passing into half guard. Oops... bit sloppy there by Bradley. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Mejia prevents Bradley from improving his position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Mejia is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen. Bradley looks like he's trying to stand up.
Mejia seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Mejia performing his best blanket impression for a moment.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Bradley regains full guard. Nicely done. Mejia's corner is telling him to maintain position. Bradley looking for submissions from the bottom but instead Mejia passes into half guard.
Bradley trying to get back to full guard but Mejia takes advantage of the position and moves to full mount! Bradley tries to control the position but Mejia now has his back.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Bradley wants to escape the position.
Mejia is riding his opponent, not letting Bradley buck him off. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
King Mejia dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Bradley stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Bradley wants it to stay on the feet. Bradley closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Mejia holds on for dear life, maintaining half guard for now. Bradley seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime. King Mejia overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Bradley throws a strike but Mejia avoids it easily and moves to full guard. Bradley throws a strike but Mejia rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.
Bradley isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Mejia stacks Bradley on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Mejia! We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Mejia remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while. Bradley tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Mejia wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. Bradley is breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Mejia controls the position from side control. Bradley is looking for a sweep. Mejia staying calm. Bradley is positioning himself to get back to half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Bradley is letting Mejia control him for a moment. Bradley tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Mejia wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. Bradley is persisting with the attempt to improve his position. Bradley sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard. Bradley is looking to improve his position.
Bradley trying to control here but he's found himself mounted! Oh no!
Mejia controlling the pace for now. Bradley should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Bradley tries to get back to half guard but can't. Bradley regains half guard. Bradley wants to improve his position but Mejia is controlling well.

Mejia will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Bradley is trying to escape the mount.
Mejia controlling the position easily from mount. Bradley throws a strike but has given up his back in the process.
Mejia is controlling his opponent, waiting for an opportunity to finish. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Bradley can't escape the position.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
King Mejia dominated that second round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!
Mejia shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Bradley is trying to defend but Mejia finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further. Bradley pushes Mejia off but Mejia dives into side control.
Mejia is moving around in side control but his primary objective seems to be to maintain the position. Bradley tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Mejia wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Mejia happy to just control the position for now. Bradley takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
That's one minute gone in the round. Mejia stands up and we're back to a striking position. Mejia goes for a double leg but Bradley avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Bradley continues to drive forward. Bradley looks to throw a body kick so Mejia counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility. Bradley throws a couple of heel strikes.
Mejia content to stall in guard here. Mejia is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Bradley can do to turn this around? Bradley is striking but Mejia is not phased and passes to half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Mejia is figuring out what he wants to do next. Mejia decides to stand up. Bradley shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Mejia counters with a nice double leg into side control. Bradley won't be happy with that. Bradley explodes and escapes back to his feet! Nice escape there!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Mejia tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Bradley defends well and Mejia ends up having to push Bradley into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch. Mejia has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Bradley. A momentary lapse in concentration from Bradley enables Mejia to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Bradley manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat. Mejia decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Bradley, up you get! Mejia bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Bradley tries to improve position but can't. Bradley tries to control but Mejia manages to take his back. So, who will make the next big move? In this position it could be crucial.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Bradley is trying to break free.
Bradley is still trying to improve position. Bradley is trying to stand back up. What can Bradley do to escape this position? He's going to have to figure it out pretty quick if he wants to stay in the fight!
And that's the end of the fight! King Mejia showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Mejia, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
