The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Foster throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Wang tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Foster is in Wang's guard.
Foster tries to free his leg and advance position but Wang is retaining full guard.
Foster stopping the sweep attempt from Wang.
Wang looking for a guillotine here but Foster defends easily.
Foster slips nicely into half guard.
Foster moves nicely into side control.
Foster is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Wang is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Foster wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Wang, who protects the arm well.
Wang might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Wang is trying to get back to half guard.
Both fighters have adopted an aggressive gameplan on the ground!

Wang wants to control but Foster postures up.
Foster is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Wang is trying to escape and Foster transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Wang is forced to tap! Nice work there by Foster! Very nice indeed!
