The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Powers avoids the body shot from Smith.
As Smith backs away, Powers returns fire with a leg kick that just misses.
Smith throws a half hearted mid kick.
Smith lands a right hook to the body.
Smith tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Smith connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
Powers takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.

It looks like Austin Powers has been cut.
A punch combination from Smith misses.
An attempted straight right counter from Powers misses the target.
Smith checks a low kick from Powers.
Powers swings for the body but Smith moves out of range.
Smith changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt.
Smith scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
Austin Powers seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Powers misses with a wild combination.
Smith blocks a head kick by Powers.
Smith pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Smith uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Powers.
Smith has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Powers is landing a low percentage of strikes.

Powers misses with a few strikes there.
Smith is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here.

Smith throws a sloppy head kick and Powers moves out of range easily.
