The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Reis looking for a takedown here - he's got it.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Reis is trying to force a seperation but Buttersnaps has the dominant position.

Buttersnaps has Reis pressed against the cage, preventing Reis from circling away and getting back to striking at range.

Buttersnaps prevents a takedown attempt there.
Reis using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Buttersnaps has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.

Buttersnaps connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.

Oh Reis is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Buttersnaps defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Reis.
Reis seems to have got his legs back now.
Reis tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Buttersnaps defends well and Reis ends up having to push Buttersnaps into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
A nice side step and Buttersnaps releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home.

Buttersnaps lands a big right hand that sends Reis crashing to the mat! Buttersnaps stays standing though and waves Reis back to his feet!
Buttersnaps is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range.
Reis closes the distance and clinches up with Buttersnaps, looking for a takedown. Reis pushes Buttersnaps against the cage but Buttersnaps circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Reis tries to close the distance and clinch but Buttersnaps swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
It seemed like Buttersnaps was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Buttersnaps fakes a right and follows up with a big left that drops Reis to one knee - oooooh, he's wobbly! Reis looks to clinch but Buttersnaps throws him off and pummels him into the canvas! Reis taps out under the strikes! The fight is over!
