Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Immortal Technique (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gary Tonon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Technique kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Eye in the sky . These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

I'm just looking down at my notes here and I see that.... oh! Tonon has cracked Technique with a big right, followed by a left! He's out on his feet! Tonon lands another huge swinging hook and Technique tumbles to the canvas! The ref dives in to save Technique, before Tonon can land any more shots!

After winning the bout, Gary Tonon thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
