Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Hector Diaz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Abdul Mahrous (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Abdul Mahrous is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are James Atkins, Paul Tew and Phil Schofield.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Diaz shoots in looking for a takedown. Mahrous tries to sprawl out of it but Diaz keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Mahrous manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Mahrous scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.
Mahrous tries to move to mount but Diaz blocks the move with his legs.
