Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Bena Berr (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lars Hard (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lars Hard struggled to make weight for this fight. He only made it down to 186.1lbs at the first attempt and had to take the additional two hours to make the official bout weight. Let's see how much it's taken out of him. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Bena Berr! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Lars Hard! The judges for this bout are Aafke Stam, Patrick Alders and Paul Aken.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hard shoots and misses and Berr counters with a straight right hand. Berr cracks Hard with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business. Hard walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush. Berr lands with a right hand. Horrible takedown attempt by Hard or perhaps it was just good defense by Berr, which made it look bad. Hard is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
It looks like Lars Hard has been cut. Hard rushes Berr and presses him up against the cage. Hard has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Berr is trying to keep an underhook but Hard manages to get the takedown into half guard. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Berr keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Hard controlling the action here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Hard trying to control the action but Berr is working from the bottom.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Hard is pressing down on Berr's thigh, looking to free his foot. Berr is holding on for now. Hard is taking a breather. Berr says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. Hard circles away from the clinch attempt.
Berr lands a jab to Hard's midsection. Bena Berr seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Jab by Berr. Berr with a body punch. A glancing blow. Berr fakes a jab and then connects with a hook. Berr lands a head shot. Hard tries a low kick but Berr avoids it. It looked like Berr wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit. Hard finds himself stumbling back on wobbly legs after being clipped by a right hand. He's up against the cage, ducking and weaving under Berr's strikes but an uppercut finds it's way through and Hard falls! - He's completely out of it and the ref jumps in to save him!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:56 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Bena Berr!
