Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Morgan Wade (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Abdul The Refugee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Wade might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to The Bleeding. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 3 - 1, fighting out of New York, Morgan Wade!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 4 - 0, fighting out of New York, Abdul The Refugee!
The judges for this bout are Reed Andrews, Columbo Gatti and Alyssa Summers.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No luck for The Refugee with that takedown attempt.

The Refugee closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
The Refugee scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at Wade to see if he's OK.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.


The Refugee takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.


It looks like Abdul The Refugee has been cut.
The Refugee has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
Wade lands a high kick!
Wade throws a looping overhand right but The Refugee ducks down to avoid it.
The Refugee changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt.
The Refugee moves in looking to clinch but Wade pushes him off.
A little feinted left hand from Wade on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
Wade tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but The Refugee was well out of range. Poor timing from Wade.
Wade bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps The Refugee's head backwards.
The Refugee goes for a double leg but Wade avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Wade continues to drive forward.
The Refugee uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Wade.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

I've got The Refugee winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Abdul The Refugee opened up his post fight interview with a scream to camera that he wants a title shot! Whether he deserves the shot will be up to the management of the organization, so I guess he'll have to wait and see.
