The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight.

Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.

Secco Jones seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Scapoli is on top in guard.

Scapoli stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Jones swivels though and keeps the full guard.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Scapoli stands and throws Jones's legs to the side, diving into side control.
Scapoli wants to control but Jones is keeping him busy.

Scapoli has knee on belly and now moves to full mount! Trouble for Jones!

Dan Scapoli showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!

Jones's corner calls for a 1-2. Jones obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Jones looks to land a right hand but Scapoli moved out of range.

Jones bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Scapoli's head backwards.
Jones misses with a hook. Scapoli ducked under it nicely.

Scapoli doesn't fully commit to the body shot counter.

Scapoli avoids the body shot from Jones.
Jones throws a series of strikes that have Scapoli backpedaling.
Good standup being displayed there by Jones as he connects with a hook.

Jones throws a jab when Scapoli was well out of range.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Jones scores with a sloppy right hand. Scapoli should have avoided that one.

Secco Jones showed his dominance in that final round.
