Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Nyquil Salazar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Damian Arona (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Salazar might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Enter Sandman. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The judges for this bout are , Frank Antenori and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Arona shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Salazar as he avoids it easily.
Arona closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Arona lands in his opponent's guard.
Arona must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
Salazar working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Arona doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Arona manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
