Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Evan Berget (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Manny Pacquiao (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Pacquiao has chosen Never Say Never - Justin Bieber ft. Jaden Smith as his entrance music. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the welterweight championship of the world! Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Evan Berget! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Manny Pacquiao! The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Tiny Johnson and Gwen Towbar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Pacquiao throws a hook to the side of Berget's head but Berget sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Berget uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Pacquiao. Pacquiao throws out a loose jab but Berget uses good head movement to avoid it. Berget misses with a hook. Pacquiao ducked under it nicely. Pacquiao is clearly trying to counter these attacks from Berget with a body shot. Berget misses with an uppercut. Pacquiao saw that one coming. Pacquiao's coach down at Bi-Polar Asylum LV's #1 Public Training Center was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Pacquiao's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight. Berget slips a jab and a cross from Pacquiao.
Pacquiao looks to score with a jab to the body but Berget is just out of range. A slow jab from Pacquiao misses its intended target. Pacquiao throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Pacquiao slips under a jab. Berget lands a jab to the head.
Nice takedown defense from Pacquiao. No joy for Berget on that attempt. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Excellent takedown into side control there by Berget. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Berget cracks Pacquiao with an elbow. That is naaassty. Berget throwing strikes but missing, from side control. An elbow from Berget crashes against the mat.
That's one minute gone in the round. Pacquiao defending against the ground and pound. Pacquiao defending against the ground and pound. Pacquiao managing to avoid any damage from the strikes thrown by Berget.
Berget has knee on belly and moves into mount. Poor strikes thrown by Berget there. More accuracy and less frantic strikes would help!
Berget landing strikes from the mount and Pacquiao is in trouble! Pacquiao is wriggling around trying to escape.
Berget throwing strikes here but Pacquiao is writhing around nicely and avoiding any serious damage.

Pacquiao wants to control but Berget is having none of it. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Berget throwing sloppy strikes, which aren't doing any damage.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Berget thuds his fist into the canvas! Oooouch!
Berget looking to ground and pound but Pacquiao is blocking nicely. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Pacquiao holding onto his opponent's waist for dear life, as Berget tries to land some strikes to get him to release his grip.
Berget breaks from Pacquiao's wrist control and lands an elbow. Berget with the ground and pound from mount. Pacquiao tries to get back to half guard but can't. The referee warns Pacquiao that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
Berget has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Pacquiao blocking the ground and pound. The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Berget cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

Pacquiao is rocked! A nice elbow there by Berget. Pacquiao is still in real trouble! Can Berget finish him? Berget thowing shots but they're missing. Berget working away from the top, dropping strikes. Berget misses with a head shot. Berget unloads with some vicious shots from mount and Pacquiao wants out - he looks towards the referee who steps in to save him! Berget celebrates on the cage and the crowd goes wild!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Evan Berget! Evan Berget is the new welterweight champion!
