Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Ray Donovan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Marus Ray (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Donovan comes to the cage accompanied by Takin care of business. Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Ray Donovan! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Marus Ray! The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Chris Downing and Wesley Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Donovan dodges the punch combination from Ray.
Ray drives through with a takedown into Donovan's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position. Donovan is scooting his butt against the cage and has managed to get back to his feet. Ray presses him back against the cage, presumably looking to take the fight back to the mat. Ray decides to pull guard. Donovan knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Ray on the ground. Donovan distracts Ray with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm. Donovan is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Donovan working some strikes from top position. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Donovan postures up.
Donovan is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
That's one minute gone in the round. Ray wants to sweep but no luck. Donovan is stalling in the full guard. Donovan trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Ray looking to hit a scissor sweep but Donovan is one step ahead there. Donovan pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Ray is keeping the position for now. Donovan got a little sloppy there for a moment and Ray has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Donovan has managed to get both his arms back between Ray's legs - danger averted.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Donovan is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Ray is on top in guard.
Ray wanted to stand there but Donovan had control of the position. Donovan has his foot on Ray's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Ray works his way back into a safe position though. Ray tries to stand but Donovan is controlling from the bottom. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Ray throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Donovan works some decent striking defense from the bottom. A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Donovan holds on and takes a little breather.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Donovan bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Ray's guard. Donovan with a nice head shot there. Donovan is stalling in the full guard. Donovan has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Ray is on top in guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Donovan pulls Ray in close to prevent any damage. Ray advances position into side control!
That's four minutes gone in the round. Ray trying to control the action but Donovan is working from the bottom. Ray tries to score with some ground and pound. Donovan controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage. Ray tries to stand but Donovan is controlling his head. Ray has hold of Donovan's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Donovan seems comfortable defending it but Ray has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Donovan is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Donovan is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Ray couldn't care less - he's delighted!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:40 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Marus Ray!
