Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
6 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Raymond Reddington! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
7 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Raine Lovelair! The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Alan Glass and Chris Downing.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Reddington smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button. Lovelair takes a shot right to the bread basket. Lovelair walks into a straight right hand from Reddington. Some wild striking there from Reddington.
Lovelair moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross. Reddington swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Reddington scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business. Reddington looking to land some kicks to the body here.
Lovelair changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt. Reddington tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Lovelair was well out of range. Poor timing from Reddington. Reddington misses with a straight left. Reddington throws a combination that misses and Lovelair counters with a stiff right hand. A punch combination from Reddington misses. Reddington throws a nice looking combination but Lovelair bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. This has been an exciting period of action! Lovelair tries to close the distance and clinch but Reddington swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Reddington swings for the body but Lovelair moves out of range.

Lovelair looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath. Reddington lands with a hook. Lovelair tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head. Reddington tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Lovelair was well out of range. Poor timing from Reddington. Reddington throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Lovelair counters with a left to the body. Lovelair shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Reddington sprawls well. Reddington wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Lovelair gets slowly back to his feet. Lovelair takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Reddington dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Reddington misses with a straight right. Reddington throws a combination that misses and Lovelair counters with a takedown into side control! That could mean trouble for Reddington!
That's two minutes gone in the round. This has been an exciting period of action! Reddington is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Lovelair off and has taken his back! The crowd hopeful of a finish here - Reddington's supporters are on their feet, screaming for him to go for the rear naked choke.

Reddington's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground. The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Reddington trying to control momentarily.

Lovelair keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Reddington. Lovelair unleashes a big counter combination but Reddington bobs and weaves and avoids any damage. Reddington throws a body punch but Lovelair moves out of range. Reddington blocks a jab. Lovelair is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.

Lovelair throws out a loose jab but Reddington uses good head movement to avoid it. Reddington takes a swing at Lovelair's ribcage but misses. Reddington misses with a series of wild punches.
Lovelair goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo. Raymond Reddington seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Reddington lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Reddington scores with a hook to the body. Lovelair takes a step back and tries to catch his breath. Reddington catches Lovelair with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong! Raymond Reddington is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Reddington throws a sloppy body shot
and Lovelair counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Nice defenses there by Lovelair.
That's one minute gone in the round. Lovelair tries to close the distance and clinch up but Reddington swats him away and circles back towards the center. Lovelair uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Reddington. Reddington listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut. Lovelair misses with an uppercut. Reddington saw that one coming. It looks like Reddington has been trying to sharpen up his punching technique, as it looks crisper than last time we saw him. Reddington throws a series of punches but Lovelair avoids them all with ease. Lovelair slips under a jab. An inside leg kick from Lovelair misses. Reddington fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Lovelair manages to avoid it. Reddington looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Reddington is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Lovelair can do to turn this around? Reddington throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Lovelair sees it coming and avoids it easily. Lovelair lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent. A punch combination from Lovelair misses. Reddington throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Lovelair. Reddington cracks Lovelair with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage. Reddington moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Lovelair on the wrong end of a nice jab.

Lovelair fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Reddington went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected. Reddington scores with a jab to the jaw. Reddington misses with a series of wild punches.

Reddington is looking to counter punch. Lovelair is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Reddington connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Lovelair's hands. Lovelair shoots in but Reddington avoids the takedown attempt easily. Raymond Reddington has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Raine Lovelair. Reddington ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Lovelair moves away. Reddington throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Reddington looks to land a left hand but Lovelair moved out of range nicely. Lovelair keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Lovelair throws an elbow but Reddington slips to the side and avoids it well. Reddington manages to get one leg in to regain half guard. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Reddington avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Lovelair. Lovelair is looking to advance position but Reddington won't allow it. Reddington on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound. Reddington regains full guard. Nicely done. Lovelair cracks Reddington with a solid left hand. Reddington has control of Lovelair's left arm, preventing Lovelair from doing any damage. Reddington might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Lovelair stands up over Reddington, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. Lovelair won't allow Reddington to sweep him here. Lovelair is looking to work some ground and pound but Reddington has wrist control. Reddington uses the cage to get back to his feet.
Reddington misses with a right hand letting Lovelair counter with a right hand. Reddington throws a series of punches but Lovelair avoids them all with ease. The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end. Reddington connects with a nice looking jab.

Reddington is rocked! Lovelair lands a strong strike to the head of Reddington. That's dazed him! Lovelair looking to finish here. Reddington is waving his arms around trying to block but he's hurt badly - Lovelair lands more strikes and the referee steps in to end the fight!
