Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
9 - 5 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Max Tauer!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
6 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Uryan Hall!
The judges for this bout are Sergei Dronov, Viktor Lagutenko and Fedor Mirinova.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tauer tries to clinch up
and Hall counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Hall throws a lazy right hand but Tauer sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Hall wants to clinch but Tauer slips to the side
and Tauer counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Tauer lands a jab.
Tauer moves out of range as Hall strikes.
Hall looks to throw the jab but Tauer is out of range.
Tauer swings widly with a right hand
and Hall counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Hall goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
Tauer is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Tauer throws a shot to the body.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Tauer gets caught flat footed, as Hall shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Tauer keeping moving, preventing Hall from controlling successfully.
Tauer is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Hall wants to control from the top but Tauer keeps moving.
Tauer lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard.
Tauer is looking to stand up but Hall won't let him.
Hall escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Tauer gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Tauer is sitting in close to Hall's body. Hall has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! Tauer is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, Tauer is tapping! That was a very nice submission by Hall.

A relieved looking Uryan Hall thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
