Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kareem Diaz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chi Gu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Diaz comes into the arena with Shell Shocked blaring out of the sound system. Gu has chosen Put It On-Big L as his entrance music. Both fighter's entrance songs getting the crowd jumping here.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Kareem Diaz!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Chi Gu!
The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, George Francis and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gu closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Diaz's guard.
Diaz has improved his flexibility recently so we will have to see if he can use that to his advantage.
Gu throws a strike but Diaz rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.
Gu striking off his back but it's not causing Diaz any problems.
Gu keeping moving, preventing Diaz from controlling successfully.
Diaz pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Gu is keeping the position for now.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Diaz trying to control but Gu is working from the bottom.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Gu looking for a sweep. Not yet Gu, not yet.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Gu can do anything to dispel that myth.
Diaz trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Gu wants to stand up but Diaz is controlling him.
Gu wants to sweep here but Diaz controlling him for the moment.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Gu is still trying to improve position.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Gu with a lazy takedown attempt
and Diaz counters with a straight right hand.
Gu fails with the takedown
and Diaz counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Gu tries for a takedown but Diaz circles away easily
and Diaz counters with a crisp right hand that drops Gu! Diaz lets Gu back up to his feet, looking for a finish!
Gu is rocked!
Kareem Diaz has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Chi Gu.
Gu looks winded!
Diaz flashes Gu a smile before throwing a beast of a right hand, straight down the pipe. Gu's eyes follow the hand right onto his nose, taking in it's full glory... and then darkness. Gu crumples to the floor! He's out cold! Diaz punches the air and yells at the top of his lungs - yeeeeeeeeeeah!!!! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:44 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Kareem Diaz!
A relieved looking Kareem Diaz thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
