Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Jack Trejo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Glover Leiva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Jack Trejo! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Glover Leiva! The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, James Glass and Phil Schofield.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Trejo closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Trejo lands in his opponent's guard. Trejo slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. Trejo tries to free his leg and advance position but Leiva is retaining full guard. Trejo controls from within his opponent's guard. Trejo trying to control the position from guard on top but Leiva is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Trejo won't allow Leiva to get back to his feet.
That's one minute gone in the round. Trejo's corner is telling him to maintain position. Leiva really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Trejo. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Trejo stands up from Leiva's guard - Trejo perhaps looking for a knockout. Trejo shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard. Leiva is trying to escape back to his feet but Trejo uses the scramble to pass into side control.
Trejo controls the position from side control. Trejo wants to control but Leiva is keeping him busy.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Check out the look on Trejo's face as he threw that strike - that's one determined fighter!
Leiva dodges the ground and pound from Trejo.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Trejo is moving around in side control but his primary objective seems to be to maintain the position. Trejo tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Trejo has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! Trejo remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while. Trejo throws a knee to the body but it doesn't do much damage.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Trejo trying to control the position but Leiva is working away. Trejo lands a nice forearm strike. Trejo stands up. Leiva darts in and out, connecting with a jab. Trejo changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Leiva looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Leiva defending against the ground and pound. The referee asks Trejo politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Trejo prefers to stall for the moment though. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Leiva is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Trejo asserts his dominance and retains side control. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Jack Trejo dominated that round. That's time! Trejo's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Leiva stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush. Leiva misses with a series of wild punches.
Trejo drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles. Trejo rushes Leiva and presses him up against the cage. Trejo fails to pull guard.
Leiva tries to circle away but Trejo has him pinned against the cage. Leiva wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.

Trejo has hold of one of Leiva's legs. Leiva is fighting the takedown attempt but Trejo gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard. Trejo is standing up over Leiva. Leiva looks to escape but Trejo dives into side control.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Trejo is looking to take a break and control but Leiva is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Trejo is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Leiva is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.
That's one minute gone in the round. Trejo is really struggling to control Leiva but he's trying to hold on to the position. Sloppy strikes there by Trejo.
That's two minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Trejo has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand. Leiva lands with a nice combination. Trejo backs away looking to recover. Trejo shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Leiva napping and manages to drive through into side control! Leiva is not content to let Trejo control the position. Trejo is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Leiva has escaped the position, nice work there. Trejo is looking to take a break and control but Leiva is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Trejo decides to stand up, so the ref orders Leiva to his feet. Trejo gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there. Jack Trejo is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Trejo shoots in and gets a takedown into Leiva's guard. Leiva preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Trejo stands up and waves to Leiva to follow him.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Trejo closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Trejo in particular looking to stall. Trejo trying to pass the guard but Leiva defending well. Trejo perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there. Trejo is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Leiva defends it well. Trejo passes to full mount! And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close second round but I would say that Jack Trejo will probably get the nod. That's time! Back to the action! This is the final round!
Leiva works Trejo's body with a nice hook. Trejo closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Leiva quickly recovers to half guard. Trejo stalling. Trejo trying to control the action but Leiva is working from the bottom. Trejo decides to stand up. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Leiva throws the left hand but Trejo avoids the punch easily. Trejo half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range. Leiva jabs at Trejo's body. Trejo takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Trejo goes for a double leg but Leiva avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Leiva continues to drive forward.
That's one minute gone in the round. Leiva smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
It looks like Jack Trejo has been cut. Leiva takes a swing at Trejo's ribcage but misses. Glover Leiva seems to be getting the better of the standup. Leiva tries to bum rush Trejo with a series of wild strikes but Trejo uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Trejo changes levels looking for a counter takedown but doesn't commit. Trejo closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Trejo lands in his opponent's guard. Leiva keeping moving, preventing Trejo from controlling successfully. Leiva is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Trejo is controlling him. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Trejo is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions. Glover Leiva has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
That's two minutes gone in the round. Trejo looking to pass the guard. Trejo stands up and waves to Leiva to follow him. Trejo defending well as Leiva loads up on a big left hand. Leiva gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. Trejo controlling from the top position. Leiva kicks Trejo off and gets to his feet.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Trejo takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it. Trejo shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Leiva napping and manages to drive through into side control! Trejo controls the position. Trejo throwing shots but missing, from side control. Leiva is not content to let Trejo control the position. Trejo is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Leiva is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Trejo staying calm. Trejo looking to punish the body of his opponent here but Leiva is avoiding damage well.
Jack Trejo is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Trejo controlling the position.
And that's the end of the fight! I would just about give that final round to Glover Leiva. I think Trejo has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
