Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Bart Greer, Michael Johnstone and Santiago Holmes.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Izeal fails with a takedown attempt.

and Oblivion counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena.
Oblivion throws a leg kick which misses Izeal's front leg but catches the back leg as Izeal tries to avoid it.
Izeal tries to keep at a distance but Oblivion has taken the fight into the clinch.
Oblivion pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Izeal wants to clinch.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Izeal drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.

Izeal takes a little break here. Oblivion wants to take advantage but he is being controlled well.

Oblivion could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Izeal tries for a kimura but Oblivion is defending well.
Izeal in side control lands a decent elbow.
Izeal is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Oblivion is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Izeal is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Oblivion has escaped the position, nice work there.
Izeal wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Oblivion, who protects the arm well.

Izeal is trying to get an arm triangle but Oblivion is defending well.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Oblivion bucks up and tries to throw Izeal off but instead Izeal has got his back!
Oblivion might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Oblivion trying to get back to his feet but Izeal is in full control for now.
Izeal is working on the RNC. He looks like he's got it but Oblivion won't tap... Oh, he's out! The ref rips Izeal off his unconscious opponent!
