The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Timothy Bukovac and Don Winkell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gallagher keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Deng lands a slapping body shot.
Deng looks to score with a jab to the body but Gallagher is just out of range.
Gallagher misses with a left hand
and Gallagher takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Gallagher misses with an uppercut. Deng saw that one coming.
Deng throws a right hand that misses
and Gallagher counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Deng avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Deng throws a series of punches but Gallagher moves out of range.
Deng uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Gallagher.
A looping hook to the body misses from Gallagher. Deng does a little dance to reset his feet.
Gallagher throws a body kick that misses.
Deng throws out a loose jab but Gallagher uses good head movement to avoid it.
Deng lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Gallagher at a distance.

and Deng takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Gallagher throws a hook to the side of Deng's head but Deng sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Deng tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Gallagher was well out of range. Poor timing from Deng.
A little jabbing left from Gallagher on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Gallagher lands a head shot.
Gallagher keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Deng.

Gallagher slips under a jab from Deng.
Gallagher uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Deng.
Deng takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Gallagher throws a jab when Deng was well out of range.
Gallagher uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Deng.
Gallagher throws an off balance right hand
and Deng counters with a nice body shot.
Deng checks the leg kick nicely there.
Gallagher misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

Gallagher scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
Gallagher throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Deng sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Good work by Gallagher as he checks the leg kick.
Deng lands with an overhand left.
A punch lands to the side of Gallagher 's head but he takes it in his stride.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Deng misses with a wild combination.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Gallagher cracks Deng with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
Deng fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Gallagher.
Gallagher lands a nice shot that snaps Deng's head back.
Gallagher clinches up with Deng and pushes him back against the ropes.
Deng has had enough of the clinch but Gallagher keeps him there for the moment.
Deng wants to break free but Gallagher has control.
Deng takes a shot to the head.
Deng is looking to break free of the clinch but Gallagher has double underhooks.
Still in the clinch, Gallagher scores with a nice short uppercut.
Deng is rocked!
Gallagher working aggressively here.
Oh Deng is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Gallagher.
Gallagher throws a punch but it's blocked by Deng.
Deng seems to have got his legs back now.
Deng misses with a punch on the inside.
The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Gallagher creates a bit of space for himself and unleashed what can only be described as a tiger uppercut, straight out of Street Fighter! Deng crashes to the mat! Can he make it back to his feet in time? 3,4,5,6... it doesn't look like he's going to make it! Deng face plants back to the mat and the referee calls off the fight! Gallagher takes it with a brutal technical knockout!
